LEIRVIK Module Technology today announced that the company has acquired the Haugesund-company Reanco Team AS from UK based James Fisher Group.

Reanco Teams business is focused within offshore modification and maintenance of Living Quarters and office modules. In addition to architectural offshore work, Reanco Team also produces “Data Floor” for use in technical rooms where cables etc. can be placed underneath.
The production facilities for Reanco Team are located on Killingøy, Haugesund’s offshore base.
The reason for acquisitions of Reanco Team is that LEIRVIK MT wants to increase the business to include After Sales and Refurbishment for all delivered Living Quarters over the last 35 years and develop this unit to became a market leader within this segment.
LEIRVIK MT will collect all activities within maintenance and modifications of Living Quarters and run this business through LEIRVIK Reanco. This will strengthen the new company and eliminate the competition between the existing companies.
LEIRVIK Reanco will continue to run the business from its location on the “Killingøybasen” close to Haugesund. There will be some 20 employees from the start-up date, headed by Marit Storm.
